Tive, the global leader in supply chain and logistics visibility technology, led by Krenar Komoni, Michelle Korte, Dave Perri, and others, has announced that Lightsmith Group led an investment round of $20 million in Tive with participation from existing Tive investors Sageview Capital, World Innovation Lab, AVP, and Supply Chain Ventures.

Tive has sold over 3.5 million trackers with coverage in 186 countries, providing real-time shipment location and condition monitoring across transportation modes. Its integrated hardware and cloud platform enable customers to detect disruptions, reduce losses, and build more resilient supply chains. With Lightsmith’s investment, Tive plans to accelerate product development and expand visibility tools, positioning real-time data as a foundation for AI-driven logistics workflows.

Tive prioritizes sustainability and resilience across supply chains through initiatives like the Tive Green Program, which incentivizes tracker returns to reduce e-waste and new device production. Tracker returns increased from 194,347 in 2024 to 342,893 in 2025, a 76% year-over-year rise. Investors highlight Tive’s real-time visibility data as critical for navigating climate-driven disruptions, improving operational efficiency, and strengthening supply chain resilience in an increasingly complex global environment.
