Take2, transforming healthcare recruiting with AI agents, led by Yaniv Shimoni, Kaushik Narasimhan, and the team, has raised $14M Series A led by Human Capital, with participation from Bertelsmann Healthcare Investments, Reach Capital, SemperVirens VC, and Honeystone Ventures.

Healthcare hiring is under strain: one-third of new U.S. jobs are in the sector, turnover can exceed 50%, and screening is still manual, consuming up to 70% of recruiter time while 85% of candidates drop out early.

Take2 builds AI agents designed for healthcare recruiting, helping applicants engage and enabling recruiters to identify and hire better talent.

Take2 is tackling healthcare hiring bottlenecks with autonomous AI agents that perform recruiting tasks, not just assist. Its AI Interviewer runs 24/7 phone interviews, evaluates candidates, records calls, and syncs results into ATS systems using healthcare-specific data to improve hiring accuracy and retention.

The company plans a full agent network covering sourcing, screening, credential checks, scheduling, and onboarding, including AI Sourcer, Scheduler, and Scoring & Vetting, aiming to cut costs and improve hiring quality.

Take2 is seeing growing adoption among major U.S. health systems, providing faster, scalable hiring. With new funding, the company will expand AI capabilities, launch more agents, and grow its team to automate end-to-end healthcare recruiting, from posting to job offer.

“Take2 works, it’s not just a promise,” says Joe Gage, CHRO at Mercy Health. The platform enables faster, more economical hiring while improving candidate experience, retention, and quality of hire.
