Sola Security, an AI-powered cybersecurity assistant, led by Guy Flechter, Leon Goldberg, Ron Peled, Osnat Yarimi Magen, Adi Meiri, Naama Halevi Davidov, Minnie Katzen Mayer, and others, has secured $35 million in Series A funding led by S32, with M12 (Microsoft’s Venture Fund) and New Era Capital Partners also participating, bringing the total funds raised to $65 million. Existing investors, including Michael Moritz, S CapitalGlilot, and Lockstep, returned to back again.

In just six months, Sola has attracted over 2,000 users who built 1,000+ custom security apps across identity, cloud, compliance, and more, showing that AI in cybersecurity is moving from theory to practice faster than expected. As Sola exits beta and launches new features, adoption is accelerating, and hesitation is quickly becoming a missed opportunity.

Cybersecurity has lagged behind the usability and flexibility seen in design and payments. AI is now changing that, making it possible to build and adapt security solutions in minutes instead of months. Sola delivers lightweight, intelligent, and customizable security assistants that let teams move faster, focus on what matters, and leave rigid, one-size-fits-all tools behind.
