Reco Raises $55 Million in Additional Funding with Participation from AT&T Ventures

Reco, an AI agent security platform, led by Ofer Klein, Gal Nakash, Dr. Tal Shapira, and Bob Horn, has raised an additional $55 million, including a strategic investment from AT&T Ventures and support from new investors Forestay and Quadrille Capital. It brings Reco’s total funding to $140 million and will support expansion across sales, partnerships, channels, and customer support.
The new capital follows growing adoption of AI agents across enterprise applications, collaboration tools, browsers, copilots, and automated workflows. Gartner projects that the average Fortune 500 enterprise will use more than 150,000 agents by 2028, up from fewer than 15 in 2025, creating new challenges around agent sprawl, access, and security.
Reco helps security teams identify active agents, understand their identities and permissions, monitor access to data and systems, and manage or revoke risky permissions. The global agentic AI security market was valued at $1.3 billion in 2025 and is projected to reach $17.8 billion by 2033.
Reco will use the funding to expand sales, partnerships, channels, and customer support as enterprises move toward broader agent deployments. Its integrations with major AI providers and enterprise applications provide coverage across existing workflows.
“Agents are gaining access to business applications and data faster than many organizations can map or govern those connections,” said Ofer Klein, CEO and co-founder of Reco. “AT&T’s participation as both a customer and strategic investor reflects the need for security that follows agents across enterprise ecosystems. This funding will help Reco expand sales, partnerships, and customer support as more large enterprises move agents into production.”
Across industries, AI agents are gaining access to sensitive data and business systems through OAuth, APIs, service accounts, browser sessions, MCP tools, and embedded AI features. While individual agents may appear low-risk, interconnected permissions can expose customer data, source code, financial workflows, documents, and other systems. Reco maps these relationships across the enterprise, helping security teams identify unnecessary exposure and reduce or revoke risky access.
“As both an investor and customer, AT&T recognizes the growing importance of helping organizations understand and manage how AI agents interact with business applications and data,” said Vikram Taneja, Head of AT&T Ventures. “Reco’s approach to visibility and governance aligns with the needs we are seeing across enterprises as agent adoption continues to evolve.”
“Reco helps AT&T strengthen governance across our enterprise apps and AI ecosystem by providing greater visibility into agent security risk, access management, and third-party integrations,” said Rich Baich, Chief Information Security Officer, AT&T. “This insight enables better decision-making, improves audit readiness, and supports our commitment to securing innovation across the enterprise.”
Reco’s platform is built on the Reco Graph, which maps relationships among agents, identities, applications, permissions, data, and workflows. This context helps security teams discover AI agents and tools, prioritize risks based on business impact, and take targeted action. Reco enables organizations to reduce excessive permissions, revoke outdated access, disable risky integrations, and enforce policies without disrupting legitimate workflows.
