Probook, the AI operating system for home services, led by George Eliadis, Ben Cervantez, and Lewis Zhang, has announced $40M from Andreessen Horowitz and Sequoia Capital.
Built by Operators.
Probook was founded by a team with firsthand experience in the home services industry. Early experience in pressure washing, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical operations exposed the inefficiencies that service businesses face every day, inspiring the creation of a better solution.
Founders Ben and Lewis combined industry knowledge with technical expertise to build Probook around the real needs of home service operators. From the beginning, the team worked closely with customers, onboarding them in person and building alongside frontline teams to ensure the product solved practical operational challenges.
What Money Can’t Cheat.
Deep industry experience has been a defining advantage throughout Probook’s journey. Years spent working alongside dispatchers, customer service teams, and business operators provided lessons that cannot be replicated through capital alone.
From navigating challenging deployments and supporting customers through operational disruptions to helping organizations adopt new technologies after previous implementation failures, those experiences shaped both the product and the company. The result is a level of operational understanding built through years of hands-on learning and close collaboration with customers.
The Opportunity Ahead.
The home services industry has seen a surge of AI tools in recent years, yet many businesses continue to face fragmented workflows, growing software costs, and limited operational improvements. In many cases, AI has been layered onto disconnected systems rather than fundamentally transforming how work gets done.
The next phase of the industry is likely to be defined by integrated platforms that manage the customer experience end-to-end, with AI handling the majority of routine tasks while teams focus on exceptions and high-value decisions. Probook is building toward that vision through a unified platform designed to simplify operations and modernize the customer journey.
Where Probook Is Today.
Probook now supports hundreds of locations across the United States, serving businesses ranging from independently owned operators to private equity-backed platforms. Customers have reported improvements in automation, productivity, operational efficiency, and revenue performance after adopting the platform.
Organizations including Summers Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, Anthony Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric, and Del-Air have used Probook to streamline workflows, increase workforce productivity, and improve customer operations. The platform is designed to help operators strengthen profitability while managing the customer experience through a single, connected system.
