Parahelp, an AI-powered support agent built for fast-moving software companies, led by Anker Ryhl and Mads Liechti, has raised $18 million in Series A round led by Jack Altman at Alt Capital and $3.2 million in Seed round led by Blake Robbins at Hidden Capital. Other investors include Hanabi Capital(Bryan Offutt), Y Combinator, Perplexity Fund, ByFounders, and Skyfall Ventures.

Parahelp was founded to transform customer support with AI after seeing incumbents fail and “AI-native” startups rely on slow, consultant-heavy models. Fast-moving companies wanted a solution that set up in a day, resolved complex tickets through tools like Stripe and Slack, and adapted as processes changed. That’s exactly what Parahelp delivers.

Parahelp is now live with leading companies like Perplexity, Replit, HeyGen, Framer, Bolt.new, and Photoroom, with 0% churn to date. Alongside this growth, Parahelp is launching its second core agent, the AI Manager. Together with the Parahelp Agent, which resolves complex support tickets end-to-end, the AI Manager acts as a forward-deployed engineer and data analyst, configuring procedures, testing scenarios, optimizing knowledge bases, and uncovering insights from historic tickets.
