OpenHealth Technologies, the leading lab data harmonization solution, combining medical excellence with the best technology to take your business into the digital age, led by Dr. Frederic Münch, Gerrit Glass, and Frank Krüger, raised $3 million in seed funding led by YZR Capital and backed by GoHub Ventures, xdeck ventures, Edenbase, and Exceptional Ventures, with renewed support from Octopus Ventures and Calm/Storm Ventures, bringing the total funding to $4.3 million.
The funding will accelerate European expansion and advance the AI-driven medical platform, addressing the growing need for structured lab data as healthcare shifts toward personalization and prevention.
Eighty percent of health data is unstructured, with lab results, critical for 70% of clinical decisions, often buried in fragmented systems. This leads to delayed or incorrect diagnoses, undetected chronic conditions, and costly, slow development of AI-driven health solutions.
OpenHealth Technologies centralizes lab data through its Lab API and Health Portal, harmonizing 3,500+ biomarkers into AI-ready, clinically contextualized data. Its secure, scalable platform supports healthtech companies, clinics, labs, insurers, and pharma in delivering personalized care, tracking trends, and improving patient engagement.
Founded by a global team with clinical, technical, and health system expertise, OpenHealth Technologies is trusted by major health organizations worldwide, including Latin America’s largest diagnostics and hospital groups, Smart Fit, European healthtech leaders like Aware, and a growing network of longevity providers across Europe and the Americas.
The new funding will accelerate European expansion, extend lab data access to more health organizations and startups, and advance AI-driven technology to make lab data actionable for millions.
