octonomy AI, an AI company building agentic systems for complex enterprise support and service workflows, led by Sushel Bijganath, Oliver Trabert, Thorsten Grote, Markus Hanslik, and Thomas Bollig, has raised $US20 million, led by Macquarie Capital Venture Capital, with participation from Capnamic, NRW.Bank, and the TechVision Fund, bringing the total funding to US $25 million since its founding 15 months ago.

Octonomy equips heavy-equipment industries with AI systems that can interpret technical manuals, schematics, SOPs, maintenance logs, and ERP data with 95% accuracy, dramatically reducing unplanned downtime, speeding service response, and boosting operational scale. While most AI assistants struggle with unstructured, highly technical information and are limited to simple query tasks, Octonomy’s proprietary agentic architecture enables technicians to understand, troubleshoot, and act across complex documentation and workflows in real time.

Most AI systems break when real-world complexity enters the picture. Octonomy is built specifically for these environments, consistently delivering verified 95%+ response accuracy where many general-purpose AI platforms plateau around 50%. With support from Macquarie Capital Venture Capital, the company is now positioned to expand across Europe and the United States, making high-reliability industrial AI broadly accessible.
