Nomagic, transforming the logistics industry through intelligent automation, led by Kacper Nowicki, Dr. Tristan d’Orgeval, Prof. Marek Cygan, and Pano Papamanoglou, has announced a USD 10 million Series B extension round led by Cogito Capital Partners. With the newly added funding, Nomagic’s total funding now exceeds USD 84 million.
Nomagic’s robots learn from large-scale real-world operational data, training a Physical AI platform to handle diverse warehouse workflows. Physical AI combines advanced computing with machines to solve complex physical tasks, enabling scalable automation and unlocking new capabilities in areas such as object manipulation.
With this investment, Nomagic will build on its 2025 commercial and technical momentum, accelerating expansion in the US and advancing its VLA (visual language action) models in 2026.
Cogito Capital’s investment validates Nomagic’s vision to embed Physical AI in warehouse and logistics operations, bridging digital optimization with real-world execution. The partnership is expected to accelerate scalable automation and redefine efficiency across the industry.
Cogito Capital views Nomagic as a category leader transforming warehouse and logistics automation through adaptable, real-world Physical AI. The investment reflects strong conviction in the technology and leadership, with expectations that the company will redefine global standards and shape the future of intelligent automation.
