Mews, the OS for hospitality, led by Richard Valtr, Matt Welle, Mike Coscetta, Pepa Starychfojtu, and Naomi Trickey, has secured $300 million in a Series D funding round led by EQT Growth, with new investors Atomico and HarbourVest Partners, and participation from existing investors Kinnevik, Battery Ventures, and Tiger Global, valuing the company at $2.5B.
Following a year of strong growth, with SaaS gross profit up 55%, the fundraise positions Mews as a leading hospitality technology provider for hotels across all segments.
In 2025, the platform served 15,000 customers and 132,000+ monthly active hoteliers across 85 countries, processed 42.3 million reservations, generated $19.7B in transaction volume, achieved 55% SaaS gross profit growth, and drove $537M in incremental revenue for hoteliers through Mews Spaces.
The funding strengthens backing from EQT Growth, Atomico, and HarbourVest, enabling faster platform expansion and deeper AI integration. Mews is building an operating system for hospitality, embedding agent-driven automation to streamline operations, optimize revenue through guest insights, simplify workflows, and accelerate product deployment. The vision is to make Mews-powered hotels among the most profitable in the industry by reducing complexity and elevating guest experiences.
The investment positions Mews as a modern technology standard for hospitality, with EQT Growth highlighting its AI-enabled operating system as a solution to industry fragmentation. The company will expand Mews Payments and fintech infrastructure, embedding commerce directly into hotel operations, while accelerating international growth across North America, Europe, and new markets. Atomico emphasized Mews’ category-defining platform and role in enabling next-generation guest experiences.
The round follows the acquisition of DataChat and recognition as the top property management and hotel POS system globally, reinforcing Mews’ leadership across operational and commercial hospitality layers.
