Metaview, the Agentic Recruiting Platform built for radically efficient hiring, end-to-end, led by Siadhal Magos and Shahriar Tajbakhsh, has raised a $60M Series C led by Insight Partners, with participation from GV, Intrepid Growth Partners, Seedcamp, Vertex Ventures US, Plural, and Garuda Ventures, bringing the total funding to $110M.

More than 7,000 companies now use Metaview for hiring. Over the past year, the company has expanded from capturing hiring conversations to deploying AI agents across the entire recruitment process, marking a broader shift toward AI-powered recruiting.

Recruiting is moving toward an agent-driven model, similar to how AI has transformed software engineering. With applications per recruiter increasing 412%, recruiters spend much of their time on administrative tasks rather than building relationships and evaluating candidates. Despite an average time-to-fill of nearly 45 days, almost half of hiring decisions are later regretted. Agentic AI aims to automate recruitment workflows and use insights from each stage to improve prioritization, decision-making, and the candidate experience.

From Software that Supports Work to Agents that Get Work Done.

Metaview has evolved from interview capture into an end-to-end Agentic Recruiting Platform. Its agents source candidates, review applications, conduct screening, and turn interviews into actionable intelligence.

Recruiting can now run continuously. Applications can be reviewed immediately, screening can happen around candidate availability, and sourcing can continue while hiring teams focus elsewhere.

In one recent Fillmore hire, AI sourced and contacted 52 candidates, booked five screens, and helped move the eventual hire from sourcing to signed offer in 30 days.

The shift: recruiting becomes always-on, while people remain in control of the decisions that matter.

What Comes Next.

The Series C will fund three priorities:

Expanding the platform. New agents are being developed across recruiting, including a dedicated AI screening agent. Fillmore, an autonomous recruiting coworker, now handles sourcing, personalized outreach, follow-ups, and screening calls, with human oversight where it matters.

Expanding the team. Metaview plans to grow from 80 to 250 employees by the end of next year and open a New York office alongside London and San Francisco, with hiring across engineering, product, design, and go-to-market.

Helping talent teams master AI. Through 10x Recruiting, Metaview is building training and community around “talent engineering”—the practice of designing, operating, and improving AI-powered hiring systems.
