Dazzle AI, a new company founded by entrepreneur, executive, and technologist Marissa Mayer, has raised $8 million in seed funding at a $35 million post-money valuation, led by Kirsten Green of Forerunner with participation from Kleiner Perkins, Greycroft, Offline Ventures, Slow Ventures, Bling Capital, Amino Capital, and the Acquired Wisdom Fund. Founded in 2025 by Marissa Mayer, Dazzle AI aims to bridge the gap between human intent and AI capability by building products that make everyday technology more engaging and accessible.
Leveraging experience from Google, Yahoo, and user-centered technology, Marissa Mayer is leading Dazzle AI’s mission to make AI more intuitive and genuinely useful in everyday life. The company aims to bridge the gap between human intent and AI capability by building applications that make technology simpler, smarter, and more approachable.
“Dazzle reflects a long-standing focus on making complex technology intuitive,” said Marissa Mayer, Founder and CEO. She highlighted the shift from foundational models to applications as the next frontier for creating tangible value through AI.
Kirsten Green, Founding Partner at Forerunner, emphasized that the next generation of winning platforms will be built by leaders willing to imagine entirely new ecosystems, noting Mayer’s ambition and vision as central to that approach.
The funding will support team expansion and preparation for Dazzle AI’s first product launch in the coming months.
