Led by Irina Denisenko(CEO), Tess K.(Chief Compliance Officer), William Johnson(CTO), Blake L.(VP, Delivery), Casey Jones(Chief Architect), and others, Knox Systems has announced a seed fund raise of $6.5 million led by Felicis with participation from Ridgeline and FirsthandVC.

Knox offers a managed cloud compliance platform that continuously audits code, infrastructure, and security controls against FedRAMP standards, automatically fixing or flagging issues. It also helps track non-technical requirements like training and vendor management.

Knox accelerates FedRAMP authorization through an AI-powered, turnkey platform that automates manual compliance tasks and encodes decades of operational expertise into digital expert agents. Trusted by over 15 federal and defense agencies—including the Department of Homeland Security, Treasury, and the Marines—Knox enables secure access to SaaS applications without compromising control. The platform supports all three major hyperscalers and is helping pioneer a secure AI infrastructure model for U.S. government agencies.
