Kadence, a modern workplace operations platform led by CEO and Co-Founder Dan Bladen, announced a $20 million Series A funding led by High Alpha, with participation from KickstartMidwich Ignite, Four Cities Capital, and Mantaray. The company also received backing from 515 Ventures, led by Frederic Kerrest, and welcomed Aaron Skonnard, Co-Founder and former CEO of Pluralsight, to the board.

Kadence is redefining the workplace with a system that coordinates people, spaces, and schedules—beyond just calendars and floorplans. New funding accelerates its AI roadmap to help leaders optimize team performance and space utilization.

Since 2023, Kadence has supported over 10,000 teams in 40+ countries—including Boeing, Ashurst, and BDO—to reduce real estate costs, boost productivity, and enable flexible, intentional work. With strong traction across industries, new funding strengthens Kadence’s mission to reshape the future of work with a workplace system built for coordination, not just presence.
