Juicebox, the AI recruiting platform that understands who you're looking for, led by David Paffenholz, Ishan Gupta, and the team, has raised $80M Series B led by DST Global, with participation from Sequoia Capital, Verified Capital, Committed Capital, NFDG, Coatue, and Y Combinator. The round values Juicebox at $850M, and brings the total capital raised to $116M.

Three years ago, Juicebox introduced an AI-native search platform for recruiting, built on the belief that the talent competition would intensify in the age of AI. Instead of relying on complex Boolean searches and filters, the platform uses large language models to enable natural language talent discovery.

Today, more than 5,000 recruiting teams use the platform to source candidates, using AI agents to search more broadly and efficiently in the ongoing competition for top talent.

The Shift to Outbound Recruiting

AI tools have made it easier for candidates to apply to hundreds of jobs quickly, often using AI-generated resumes. As a result, inbound pipelines are increasingly flooded with applications, making it harder for recruiters to identify top talent.

Data from Greenhouse shows application volume per candidate has surged since the release of ChatGPT, pushing many hiring teams to shift toward outbound recruiting.

Taking the Guesswork out of Hiring

Juicebox helps recruiters find the right candidates faster by combining natural language search, outreach workflows, and autonomous sourcing agents.

The platform is used by fast-growing startups such as Cursor and Cognition, as well as enterprises including Ramp and Samsara. Customers have reported up to a 90% reduction in time spent identifying top candidates, enabling recruiting teams to focus more on building relationships with talent.

The Next Chapter

Juicebox’s $80 million Series B will accelerate product development, global expansion, and team growth. Upcoming updates will introduce new capabilities across agents, sequencing, and talent insights.

The company also credited thousands of talent leaders who helped shape the platform, with a continued focus on helping teams compete more effectively for top talent.
