Juicebox, the AI Recruiting Platform that understands who you're looking for, led by David

Paffenholz and Ishan Gupta, has secured $36 million in funding, including $30 million in Series A led by Sequoia Capital. Coatue, NFDG, Y Combinator, Lux Capital, and BOND also participated. The financing follows a previously unannounced $6 million Seed round led by NFDG.

Over the past year, AI labs have begun to resemble star-studded sports teams, with billions invested to secure top talent. The eye-watering figures highlight a simple truth: in the age of AI, human ingenuity is the scarcest resource. Recruiting has become a zero-sum game; you either compete or lose. Juicebox is on a mission to help teams win this talent war.

Recruiting is evolving from manual, repetitive tasks to AI-native workflows. With every search, Juicebox instantly scores tens of thousands of profiles, assessing candidates against your criteria in real time before handling outreach and engagement. For teams seeking full autonomy, Juicebox Agents take it further, automating search, assessment, and outreach end-to-end, running 24/7 after a simple one-time calibration.

Today, teams at Ramp, Quora, and Perplexity rely on Juicebox for hiring, alongside over 2,500 other customers, ranging from early-stage startups to Fortune 500 companies. We now power thousands of searches every day, with revenue growing more than 10x in the past year. The new funding will fuel team expansion, further development of the Juicebox Agent, and our mission to build the future of AI-powered recruiting.
