Reducto, offering robust and reliable document ingestion for any workflow, led by Adit Abraham and Raunak Chowdhuri, has secured a new $75M Series B led by a16z, alongside existing investors Benchmark, First Round Capital, Y Combinator, and BoxGroup.
Less than two years after launching the first Parse API that combined traditional computer vision with Vision-Language Models (VLMs), Reducto has set a new benchmark for transforming complex documents into LLM-ready data with production-grade accuracy and reliability. The company has now raised $108 million in total funding, including a $75 million Series B led by a16z, to advance the frontier of AI Document Intelligence and scale its technology for next-generation AI startups and global enterprises.
Much of the world’s critical data remains trapped in unstructured formats like PDFs and spreadsheets, making real-world AI impact dependent on handling messy, real-world information. Reducto was built to unlock this data with accuracy, reliability, and scale, and has since become the standard for production-ready AI applications, powering teams from Harvey, Mercor, and Rogo to major enterprises, including a Fortune 10 company, a Global Top 5 Hedge Fund, and industry leaders across healthcare, insurance, and real estate.
Traction has been rapid; monthly processing volume has grown 6x since the Series A, with over a billion pages now processed. Reducto powers everything from intelligent document workflows to agentic applications capable of reading, editing, and acting on unstructured data.
Beyond state-of-the-art parsing, Reducto has advanced further with split and extract endpoints and introduced the industry's first unstructured document editing API, enabling teams to build agentic applications that seamlessly interact with documents in any form.
Reducto is expanding its Agentic OCR framework with features like chart extraction and extraction review to achieve near-perfect accuracy on complex documents. A new flexible pricing model will also make enterprise-grade document intelligence accessible to startups and researchers, scaling seamlessly from small teams to global enterprises.
Deep gratitude goes to the customers and investors who have supported Reducto’s journey. The mission continues: to build the interface that seamlessly connects human data with AI, empowering teams to push the boundaries of what’s possible.
