The company has now raised $108 million in total funding, including a $75 million Series B led by a16z, to advance the frontier of AI Document Intelligence and scale its technology for next-generation AI startups and global enterprises.

Much of the world’s critical data remains trapped in unstructured formats like PDFs and spreadsheets, making real-world AI impact dependent on handling messy, real-world information. Reducto was built to unlock this data with accuracy, reliability, and scale, and has since become the standard for production-ready AI applications, powering teams from Harvey, Mercor, and Rogo to major enterprises, including a Fortune 10 company, a Global Top 5 Hedge Fund, and industry leaders across healthcare, insurance, and real estate.

Beyond state-of-the-art parsing, Reducto has advanced further with split and extract endpoints and introduced the industry's first unstructured document editing API, enabling teams to build agentic applications that seamlessly interact with documents in any form.
