Point One Navigation, a leader in high-precision location technology, led by Aaron Nathan, Mike Kurdziel, Karen Leineweber, and Ryan Dougherty, has announced a $35 million Series C oversubscribed funding round led by Khosla Ventures, with participation from existing investors including IA Ventures, UP Partners, and Alumni Ventures

The capital will drive infrastructure expansion, accelerate software innovation, and advance OEM integration, while also enabling team growth across R&D, engineering, customer success, and international operations.

From autonomous vehicles and delivery robots to precision agriculture, the rise of Physical AI depends on accurate, dependable location. Achieving that precision has traditionally required complex integration, specialized expertise, and extensive custom development. Point One Navigation was created to remove those barriers and make high-accuracy positioning simple, reliable, and accessible worldwide.

“Physical AI has long relied on precision location, a powerful idea that has historically been difficult to implement,” said Aaron Nathan, CEO and co-founder of Point One Navigation. “By unifying dense infrastructure, intelligent software, and a developer-focused API, the platform enables OEMs to achieve reliable spatial awareness at scale. This funding advances the mission to make high-accuracy positioning as universal as GPS.”

Point One Navigation delivers centimeter-level positioning through a unified platform built on three core technologies:

  • Polaris RTK Network: a densely deployed, professionally managed GNSS corrections network

  • Location Cloud: a single GraphQL API that integrates corrections, telemetry, and device management

  • Positioning Engine: real-time sensor, satellite, and motion data fusion for exact centimeter-level positioning

Together, these components form an end-to-end system, from satellite to software, that enables precision location for Physical AI in minutes instead of months.

Since its last round, Point One Navigation has expanded its momentum through a strategic partnership with Totem and Orange S.A. to extend precise-location services across Europe, multi-year exclusive agreements with top automotive and robotics manufacturers, and major growth of its Polaris RTK Network across North America, Europe, and Asia. The company also launched its Location Cloud API for unified corrections and telemetry, and embedded its Positioning Engine with OEM partners to enable seamless indoor–outdoor transitions and advanced human-motion modeling. OEM adoption of Point One’s Physical AI platform has grown 10x in the past year, reflecting strong and accelerating market traction.

“Physical AI depends on precise, centimeter-level awareness of the world,” said Kanu Gulati, Partner at Khosla Ventures and Board Member. “Point One makes that accuracy available to every developer, powering everything from autonomous vehicles and drones to warehouse robotics and emergency response. We’re excited to continue backing the team as they become the default location layer for the next generation of AI in the physical world.”
