NoTraffic, a leading AI-powered mobility platform for traffic management, led by Tal Kreisler, Uriel Katz, Or Sela, and the team, has raised a $90 million Series C funding round led by PSG Equity, with participation from M&G Investments, Grove Ventures, LifeX Ventures, Meitav Investment House, and Next Gear Ventures.

With deployment projected to reach 1 in 10 traffic agencies across the U.S. and Canada by mid-2026, NoTraffic is becoming a core platform for transforming intersections into dynamic, digital systems.

As traffic systems hit capacity, cities face rising congestion and safety demands with limited resources. With deployments across nearly every major U.S. region and Canada, NoTraffic is accelerating its North American rollout and expanding its software mobility solutions to help cities manage congestion, safety, and operations more efficiently.

Traffic agencies face rising complexity with smaller teams, unpredictable congestion, and higher public expectations. NoTraffic turns traditional traffic signals into software-defined infrastructure, enabling intersections to operate via customizable policies that boost safety and efficiency, support advanced mobility, and integrate with connected and autonomous vehicles.

“Phoenix is growing fast, and our transportation systems need to keep up. NoTraffic’s AI platform has improved signal timing, reduced commute delays, and shortened pedestrian wait times,” said Mayor Kate Gallego. “The result: more efficient intersections, less congestion, and a sustainable future for residents.”

“Traffic systems were built for a different era,” said Tal Kreisler, Co-Founder and CEO of NoTraffic. “Digitizing this last major analog layer of urban infrastructure unlocks new intelligence and value for cities. Static systems can’t keep up. Our platform lets agencies operate intersections dynamically, respond instantly to changes, and continuously improve outcomes with AI. This funding will help us scale across North America.”

NoTraffic’s platform is used by hundreds of traffic agencies across 40+ U.S. states and Canada, including major cities like Houston, Phoenix, and Oklahoma. Its Mobility Platform and Mobility Store let agencies deploy new traffic strategies and applications via software, driving faster innovation without costly hardware upgrades or infrastructure projects.

Ronen Nir, Managing Director at PSG Equity, said, “Traffic infrastructure is entering a critical transition. Cities need software-driven systems that adapt continuously, and NoTraffic’s category-leading platform is already operating at scale. We’re excited to support their expansion across North America.”

In addition to its core platform, NoTraffic runs a proactive Operations Center offering 24/7 monitoring, remote diagnostics, and over-the-air updates, amplifying agency capabilities and ensuring consistent performance across deployments.
