CloudCruise, a developer platform for fast and reliable browser agents, led by Felix Eckert and Adrian Ziegler, has raised a 5M seed round, backed by Floating Point, Meridian Street Capital, Twine, Refract Ventures, and angels like Zack Lipton (CTO, Abridge) and David Singleton (fmr. CTO, Stripe).
Healthcare software was built for human use, not automation. Workflows like prior authorizations, EHR note creation, and eligibility verification involve complex, multi-step processes that cannot be reduced to simple API calls, yet these are exactly the tasks AI agents are now expected to handle.
AI agents performing real work in payer portals or EHR systems must navigate them through a browser, just as humans do. Building reliable access is challenging, and maintaining it as interfaces evolve is even more difficult.
CloudCruise provides the infrastructure layer to handle this: a coding agent that builds automations, fully managed infrastructure to run them at scale, and a maintenance agent that keeps them functional as systems evolve.
