Amenitiz, an all-in-one platform that helps independent properties manage operations, boost bookings, and deliver outstanding guest experiences, led by Alexandre Guinefolleau, Emmanuelle Guinefollea, and Frédéric Cadet, has raised $45 million in Series B funding.
Amenitiz began from firsthand experience in the Swiss Alps, where running a small hotel revealed how outdated and fragmented hospitality technology had become. Existing systems were built for large chains, leaving independent hoteliers struggling with inefficient tools. This realization led to the creation of Amenitiz, a platform designed to empower independent hotels with simple, connected technology that drives growth and efficiency.
Amenitiz raised €25M in Series A funding in 2022, expanding from 4,000 to over 15,000 hoteliers across Europe as demand surged post-COVID. The company has since focused on building tools that drive real revenue growth and efficiency. Amenitiz PriceAdvisor, one of the first RMS solutions for smaller properties, helps increase revenue by up to 40%, while Amenitiz Boost enables hoteliers to double direct bookings through Google Hotel Ads and metasearch. Together, these products embody Amenitiz’s mission to make powerful, easy-to-use technology accessible to every hotelier.
The $45M Series B marks a pivotal step in Amenitiz’s growth, enabling continued product innovation and expansion of the platform relied upon by thousands of hoteliers daily. With 15,000 properties already onboard, Amenitiz stands as Europe’s largest independent-driven hospitality platform, yet many hoteliers still depend on outdated systems. The new investment will deepen the company’s presence across Europe and advance automation across distribution, procurement, pricing, and marketing, helping hoteliers save time, increase revenue, and focus on guest experience. Amenitiz is being built as the trusted growth partner for independent hoteliers, simplifying operations today while preparing them for the industry’s next transformation.
The last major shift in hospitality came with online bookings and OTAs, a wave most independent hoteliers missed. Now, a new revolution is here: AI, and this time, independents can lead. AI is transforming how hotels operate, communicate, and attract guests, enabling powerful automation and smarter marketing. Most importantly, it’s reshaping distribution; AI-driven searches already send most bookings directly to operators, not OTAs. With new funding, Amenitiz is putting AI in the hands of every independent hotelier in Europe, ensuring they lead this transformation. The future belongs to independents.
