Agileday, the AI operating platform for professional services, led by Mikko Virtanen, Jaakko Hartikainen, Jaakko Hallavo, Hannu Kärkkäinen, and others, has secured €6.4 million Series A funding led by Newion, with participation from Specialist VC, Vendep Capital, and Business Finland.
The investment will support Agileday’s global expansion and accelerate its mission to modernize how professional services firms plan, deliver, and scale their operations.
Agileday’s PSA platform unifies talent management, resource allocation, timesheets, and project financials into a single operating system, synchronizing sales, delivery, and finance data in real time with AI at its core. By removing silos, the platform improves visibility, execution speed, and operational efficiency for professional services firms.
Founded in 2022 by experienced entrepreneurs, Agileday emerged from firsthand experience with scaling challenges in professional services. A human-centric, transparent leadership model shaped the foundation of the platform, with the company created to address the limitations of outdated management systems.
Agileday serves more than 70 global service companies, from fast-growing consultancies to public enterprises, with 3× year-over-year growth and strong enterprise demand across North America and Europe. The company attributes its momentum to Nordic values of trust and transparency, positioning people-first processes as a competitive advantage for faster and better team performance.
With new funding, Agileday is scaling its technology and accelerating expansion across Europe and North America. Investors highlight the company’s role in redefining how professional services firms prepare for the future.
