Graph Therapeutics Brings Total Funding to Over $10 Million to Advance Therapeutics Programs in Inflammation and Immunology

Graph Therapeutics, decoding immune dysfunction at scale, led by Gregory Vladimer, PhD, Robert Sehlke, PhD, Prof. Berend Snijder, PhD, Bojan Vilagos, PhD, and Christophe Boudesco, PhD, has announced that Daphni, the Paris-based venture capital firm, has joined Graph’s investor syndicate to accelerate its internal pipeline. Daphni invests alongside continued participation from existing investors SquareOne, Merantix Capital, and NAVEC Investment Management, with additional non-dilutive grant funding provided by the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG) and the Austria Wirtschaftsservice (AWS). This new investment of $5M brings Graph’s total funding to date to over $10 million, including non-dilutive.
Advancing the Platform.
Graph is expanding its internal drug discovery pipeline across multiple inflammatory and immune-mediated diseases, supported by a platform validated in clinically relevant biological models. The company's platform also creates opportunities for strategic partnerships and out-licensing, extending its impact beyond its proprietary pipeline. The new funding will support continued platform development and the advancement of differentiated therapies.
