Filigran, a cybersecurity company aiming to provide cybersecurity and crisis management teams with the best possible software, fueled by actionable threat intelligence, led by Samuel Hassine, Julien Richard, Sébastien Boitelle, Adrien Servel, Camille Ciais, and others, has secured $58 million in Series C funding, supported by Eurazeo, Insight Partners, Accel, and Deutsche Telekom (T.Capital).

The mission remains clear, empowering security teams and their communities to stay ahead of evolving threats. Guided by three core priorities, innovation, global expansion, and community growth, the new funding will accelerate product development, enable entry into high-need regions, and strengthen investment in the people and networks driving the company’s vision forward.

The third addition to the XTM Suite, OpenGRC, is an open-source platform for Threat-Informed Cyber Risk Management, powered by Agentic AI. It redefines traditional compliance by converting static controls into dynamic metrics and actionable insights, helping CISOs and risk managers strengthen assessments, reporting, and investment decisions.

Unlike generic frameworks, OpenGRC’s adaptive risk quantification tailors insights to each organization’s unique threat landscape and capabilities, empowering security leaders to make data-driven, strategic decisions and turn compliance into a true competitive advantage.

The new funding will accelerate the development of XTM One, Filigran’s Agentic AI platform that connects all XTM Suite products through specialized cybersecurity AI Agents. These autonomous agents analyze cross-product data, generate actionable insights, and execute responses, enabling teams to turn intelligence into action faster.

Designed as an assistant, not a replacement, XTM One lowers barriers to advanced security tools, automates routine workflows, and empowers practitioners to focus on high-impact tasks. This marks the start of a new era in agentic cybersecurity intelligence.

Cybersecurity challenges know no borders, and neither do we. The new funding will drive global expansion, including new subsidiaries in Saudi Arabia and Japan, a tripled U.S. team to support a key user base, and an expanded presence across Germany and the DACH region. This growth ensures that extended threat management becomes a global capability, backed by local support, stronger connections, and cross-border collaboration.

Filigran’s community, now over 6,000 members worldwide, is doubling in size and driving the future of open cybersecurity. With the new funding, the company will expand meetups, support ambassadors, and foster collaboration across ecosystems, keeping the community at the heart of everything it builds.
