CybaVerse, transforming security for SMEs and MSPs, led by Oliver Spence, Gemma Blake, Juliette Hudson, Simon Phillips, and others, has secured £5 million in investment co-led by Pembroke VCT and Airbridge Equity Partners, with participation from Haatch.
Founded in 2018, the company has grown from a boutique consultancy into a leading UK cybersecurity vendor with nearly 40 employees and a rapidly growing customer base. The funding will accelerate sales and marketing, expand the team, and advance development of its CybaOps platform, marking a shift from founder-led sales to a scalable SaaS growth model.
CybaOps is an all-in-one cybersecurity management platform that unifies detection, compliance, security, and testing into a single SaaS solution for SMEs and MSPs. Its white-label model enables partners to rebrand and scale quickly while simplifying complex security operations through automation. Over the past year, the company achieved 180% revenue growth and a 90% customer retention rate. The Series A round follows a £1.1M raise in 2024, the acquisition of SecureAck, and a shortlisting for “Rising Star Security Vendor of the Year” at the 2025 CRN Channel Awards.
