Comand AI Raises €32 Million Series A to Scale AI-Native Command-And-Control Platform Across NATO

Comand AI, building an AI-native command for defense and security operations, led by Loïc Mougeolle, Marie I., Quentin Le Pape, and Paul Mustière, has announced a €32 million Series A funding round at Eurosatory, led by Blossom Capital, with strategic investment from Saab, and with Expeditions renewing its participation in the company.

The round will support the expansion of Comand AI’s AI-native command-and-control platform, Prevail, across NATO markets and into new operational domains.

Scaling AI-Powered Command and Control.

Comand AI is developing defense software designed for modern military operations, where autonomous systems, distributed sensors, and machine-speed decision-making are becoming increasingly important. Its Prevail platform has already been deployed with operational units across allied nations, helping commanders coordinate complex missions in rapidly evolving environments.

The new funding will support wider deployment of Prevail across France and NATO markets, continued product development alongside operational users in Ukraine, and the scaling of the platform for broader adoption. Comand AI is also expanding beyond land operations into air and maritime domains as it builds a more comprehensive command-and-control platform.

A strategic investment from Saab deepens collaboration between the two companies, with plans to develop new software capabilities for the GlobalEye platform, support next-generation command-and-control architectures, and modernize existing defense systems through the integration of Prevail.
