Led by Neringa Šeperienė(Co-Founder and CEO), Rimas Šeperys(Co-Founder and CTO), and Karolina Vaičiūnaitė(Assistant Project Manager), BrachyDose announced a seed fund raise of €5,54 000 from Coinvest Capital, BSV Ventures, and business angels’ networks LitBAN and EstBAN.
This investment marks a significant milestone toward securing MDR and CE certifications and bringing BrachyDOSE to market. BrachyDOSE is a patient-centric, data-driven tool designed to help doctors prevent up to 100% of treatment-induced injuries during radiotherapy.
The solution integrates hardware—a radiation dose sensor and data retrieval device—with software that uses injury prediction algorithms to provide clinical decision support. With certification, the product will be available to hospitals in Lithuania and internationally, enhancing cancer care by reducing side effects and improving treatment quality.
