Callidus AI, Legal Tech Platform Powering the Future of AI-Powered Litigation, led by Justin McCallon(CEO) and John Bohlmann(CTO), has raised $10 million led by Cervin Ventures, with support from AI Fund, Myriad Venture Partners, Tandem Ventures, Active Capital, Capital Factory, Foley & Lardner, and a syndicate of partners from a top 25 U.S. law firm, bringing the total raised to $13 million.

Callidus delivers fully drafted, citation-rich litigation documents, going far beyond basic summarization or chatbot responses. Its visual research system keeps lawyers informed while AI accelerates precedent research and drafting. What once took a week now takes minutes, with seamless Microsoft Word integration for final edits.

In 2025, Callidus tripled its recurring revenue and now supports over 1,000 legal teams across the U.S. In May, it launched its most advanced research and drafting system, powered by a proprietary database of over 10 million U.S. legal cases enriched with metadata, summaries, and issue tagging for high-precision retrieval. New features are on the way to cover the full litigation lifecycle by year’s end, with significant progress already made.
