Led by Winston Weinberg(CEO & Co-Founder) and Gabe Pereyra(President & Co-Founder), Harvey has raised $300 Million in Series E co-led by Kleiner Perkins and Coatue and includes Sequoia, GV, DST Global, Conviction, Elad Gil, Open AI Startup Fund, Elemental, SV Angel, Kris Fredrickson, and REV(the venture capital arm of RELX Group which owns LexisNexis).

Harvey's legal platform's assistant provides agentic workflows, conversational collaboration, source assurance, multi-source support, and draft mode, and is universally fluent. The platform also provides a vault for safe storage and smart analysis.
