Led by Valentina Ratner(Co-Founder & CEO) and Kyle Dumont(Co-Founder & CTO), the GitHub for electrical engineering teams, AllSpice has raised $15 Million in Series A led by Rethink Impact with participation from L’attitude Ventures, Gingerbread Capital, and DNX Ventures, in addition to existing investors, as reported in TechCrunch.

AllSpice bridges the gap between traditional workflows and modern collaboration tools, enabling hardware teams to work seamlessly on complex documents, such as PCB and electronic CAD files, that don't translate well over Slack or email. AllSpice has tried to bridge the gap between the existing piece of software that the electrical teams have already been using.

AllSpice began in 2022 with a focus on startups but quickly shifted to serve enterprise demand, now counting Blue Origin, Bose, and Tools for Humanity among its customers.

AllSpice is launching a new AI agent to help validate designs and catch errors. Currently, in closed beta, the tool is being tested with existing partners to ensure accuracy before a wider release.
