Keye, an AI-Powered Due Diligence Platform for Private Equity teams, led by Rohan Parikh(Founder and CEO), Conor Brown(Founder and COO), and Lalit Lal(Founder and CTO), Keye has raised $5 million seed round, led by Sorenson Capital, General Catalyst, Y Combinator, and an exceptional group of strategic angels—from the COO of Shopify to the former CEO of InVision.

Keye turns raw deal materials—CIMs, financials, models, ERP exports, customer data—into structured, investor-ready insights. Built for private equity, it helps teams get to “no” faster, say “yes” with confidence, and uncover what others miss. Keye automates data extraction and cleanup, analyzes key metrics such as cohorts and retention, exports fully linked Excel models, traces insights to their sources, and benchmarks instantly. It’s not search or summarization—it’s real diligence in minutes, not weeks.

Dry powder is at record levels, but the real constraint is time—not capital. Most firms can only fully diligence a small share of the deals they review. It's not a staffing issue, it's a tooling gap—leading to missed opportunities, costly mistakes, and team burnout. Keye is designed to solve that by amplifying investor workflows, modeling expert thinking, and equipping teams to move faster than the competition.
