Founded by Google Alums Nima Vali Rajabi & Francisco Arias, Deepdots has Raised Euro 5 Million in the Seed Round led by Dawn Capital with participation from Maki VC and Geeta Schmidt(General Partner, Seed Capital, Denmark).

Deepdots will use the funding to strengthen its full-cycle voice-of-customer platform, scale its team, and establish a new office in Barcelona to broaden its reach in Europe. In August 2023, Deepdots transitioned from third-party AI to proprietary in-house models to boost quality, control, and privacy—areas where generic solutions fell short.

Deepdots aims to be the AI backbone for enterprise customer feedback, scaling to process millions of data points—from NPS surveys to support tickets—with enterprise-level performance.
