Agentio, the AI-native platform for creator advertising, led by Jonathan Meyers, Arthur Leopold, Catherine Etter Bailey, Hilary Anne Hyman, and others, has raised a $40 million Series B led by Forerunner, with continued backing from Benchmark, Craft Ventures, AlleyCorp and other leading investors, bringing the total funds raised to $56 million and valuing the company at $340 million, just 2 years after launching the platform and following 5x year-over-year growth.
Creator influence has overtaken traditional advertising, with the creator economy on track to hit $500B by 2027 and Gen Z overwhelmingly trusting creator recommendations. Yet under 2% of digital ad spend flows to creators today. The reason is structural: creator advertising couldn’t scale. Brands faced weeks of manual work per campaign, sourcing creators, negotiating deals, managing approvals, and piecing together fragmented data, making large-scale execution impossible. Despite outperforming traditional channels by 3–5×, creators remained locked out of the $800B in paid media spend because the infrastructure simply didn’t exist. Agentio closes this gap, unlocking creator advertising at the scale the industry has been waiting for.
Agentio has built an end-to-end AI infrastructure that lets marketers run creator programs with the speed and control of digital media buys. The system analyzes brand goals, identifies ideal creators, and automates the full workflow, from briefs and safety checks to contracts, approvals, performance tracking, and payments, compressing weeks of work into minutes.
Marketers use custom AI agents to turn ideas into complete campaigns, while creators receive targeted opportunities without friction. The result: creator programs that finally scale to paid-media levels, with performance that keeps brands and creators coming back.
In 2025, more than 100 enterprise brands, including Uber, DoorDash, Mint Mobile, CashApp, Bilt Rewards, Vuori, Coterie, The Farmer’s Dog, and Olipop, shifted tens of millions in paid media to creator campaigns powered by Agentio. The company has grown 5x year-over-year, with brands seeing customer-acquisition results that reshape their media strategy.
Bombas saw a 5.3x higher ROAS on Agentio campaigns compared to digital video. Olipop’s Director of Media and Partnerships, Steven Vigilante, noted that Agentio turned months of coordination into days, enabling dozens of top-tier creator activations with full performance transparency, bringing creator marketing in line with the scale and measurability of paid media.
The shift to creator-led advertising is inevitable, and Agentio is positioned to power it. Its network effects are compounding fast: big brands attract top creators, more creators attract more brands, and every campaign makes the AI smarter. These reinforcing loops create the only infrastructure capable of scaling creator advertising to match shifting consumer attention. Agentio is becoming the place where this new wave of ad spend will run.
Agentio chose Forerunner for more than capital, the firm understands the infrastructure shift shaping how creator-led ad spend will flow.
“Creators now drive consumer behavior, but the infrastructure hasn’t kept up,” said Eurie Kim, Managing Partner at Forerunner. “Agentio is building the platform that will power creator-led advertising at scale.”
Many Forerunner portfolio companies already use Agentio successfully, giving the firm firsthand conviction. Forerunner sees Agentio not as another adtech tool, but as the foundational layer enabling the next major shift in advertising.
Agentio is building the infrastructure powering the biggest shift in advertising in a generation: the move from traditional digital ads to creator-led marketing. As hundreds of billions in spending transition to creators over the next decade, that capital will flow through platforms that make creator advertising scalable, measurable, and efficient. Agentio provides exactly that, the AI, automation, and network effects that turn creators into a core growth engine for every brand.
For brands, Agentio unlocks their highest-performing acquisition channel and lets them scale it with the same rigor, control, and efficiency as any paid media buy. For creators, Agentio delivers systematic access to enterprise budgets, transforming one-off deals into reliable revenue streams and enabling more creators to build sustainable businesses around their craft.
The new funding will fuel expansion beyond YouTube into Meta Partnership Ads and other major platforms. Agentio is also scaling its NYC team from 35 to more than 100 employees to support this product expansion and global growth.
Consumer attention has already shifted to creators, and ad dollars always follow attention. The missing piece was infrastructure to make that shift scalable. Agentio has built that foundation, and this funding accelerates the next phase: powering creator-led growth for brands and creators worldwide.
