Led by Jesse Zhang(Co-Founder & CEO) And Ashwin Sreenivas(Co-Founder & CTO), Decagon has raised $131 Million Series C co-led by returning investors Accel and Andreessen Horowitz, the round also included participation from existing investors A*, Bain Capital Ventures, and BOND, and new investors Avra, Forerunner, and Ribbit Capital

Decagon uses a product-first approach to build and scale AI agents. Its core feature, Agent Operating Procedures (AOPs), lets teams train agents with natural language that compiles into code—enabling fast iteration without custom engineering. CX teams can quickly adapt agent behavior, while technical teams maintain control and security, delivering scalable, enterprise-ready experiences.

Most brand-customer relationships remain reactive—customers reach out when issues arise, leading to delays, frustration, and lost trust.

Decagon enables a proactive shift. Its conversational AI platform helps brands anticipate needs, understand customers deeply, and deliver intelligent, empathetic experiences. Every interaction becomes a moment of care—driving stronger engagement, greater trust, and long-term loyalty.

Agentic AI is unlocking a major opportunity for enterprises, and Decagon is built to capture it.

With fresh funding, the company is scaling its conversational AI platform, expanding a top-tier team, and accelerating go-to-market to deliver proactive, concierge-level customer experiences at enterprise scale.
