Adaptive Innovations, the AI-native healthcare provider rebuilding the way care is delivered in America, starting with home health, led by Alex Wendland, Logan Stinson, Ryan Tolsma, Hunter Stinson, and the team, has raised $50 million in Series A funding led by Felicis, with significant participation from Bain Capital Ventures, Optum Ventures, Sunflower Capital, Conviction, BoxGroup, Dorm Room Fund, and Constellation, alongside prominent angels across healthcare services and frontier AI labs. The company is also disclosing $10M in unannounced Seed funding, bringing its total funding to $60M to date.

Addressing Healthcare’s Growing Capacity Challenge.

The U.S. healthcare system faces rising demand driven by an aging population, particularly in post-acute and home-based care. While the need for services continues to grow, much of the industry's capacity is constrained by administrative complexity rather than a shortage of clinical expertise. Traditional home healthcare providers often devote significant resources to coordination, documentation, and compliance tasks that add substantial overhead to care delivery.

Adaptive Innovations is focused on reducing this administrative burden by embedding AI into core operational workflows. The company believes that automating back-office processes can increase efficiency, expand care capacity, and allow clinicians to spend more time delivering patient care rather than managing paperwork and administrative tasks.

An AI-Native Approach to Home Healthcare.

Adaptive Innovations operates as a full-stack healthcare provider, integrating intake, scheduling, clinical documentation, and billing into a unified AI-driven platform. By controlling the entire care delivery workflow, the company aims to eliminate administrative bottlenecks that often limit patient access and provider capacity.

Since launching in 2025, Adaptive reports strong operational and clinical results, including the ability to serve patients frequently declined by traditional providers, an 80% reduction in clinician documentation time, rehospitalization rates below industry averages, and the delivery of more than 100,000 care visits through partnerships with over 500 healthcare organizations.

Team Combining AI and Healthcare Expertise.

Adaptive Innovations brings together engineers and operators with experience across artificial intelligence, healthcare, and large-scale operations. The team includes talent from organizations such as Scale AI, Palantir Technologies, and Jane Street, alongside healthcare leaders and professionals with backgrounds spanning consulting, medicine, academia, and military service. This blend of technical and clinical expertise is intended to support the development and deployment of AI-driven healthcare infrastructure at scale.
